The last month has been a big one for Red World Press. On the non-me side of things, #200WordRPG 2018 was hosted, and some amazing entries were released. I entered Babble On as a tribute to the most wonderful place on the Internet. You can read it here, or download it from our store in PDF form! This is the third year in a row I have entered, and if you want to check out the last two years of entries (MegaCorp & Dogma), you can!
My first Niches & Nonsense title was released to the public, a month after its release on my Patreon. Once Upon A Wizard's Shelf is freely available here, now! In it, you play as a living spellbook, racing through your master's infinite Wizard's Tower, to put everything to rights before they get home...it's very silly, and bends Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition in ways it arguably shouldn't be bent.
Furthermore, I've joined itch.io and now have a storefront there! You can download all of my games there, and donate if you wish for PWYW titles. Why am I setting up on itch.io as well as here, and DriveThruRPG? Well, itch.io is actually the cleanest, smoothest storefront I've seen for RPGs, and allows some amazing contact with developers. Honestly, that's where I hope most folks go for my RPGs from now on! But itch.io isn't so great (yet) for discoverability, so I'm going to keep this store and DriveThruRPG open, as well, so no matter your poison, I've got you.
Lastly, two of my Babble On pals have released Early Access Forged in the Dark games in the last week: Mutants in the Night and Band of Blades! Both are incredible, and I encourage you to check them out if you've coin to spare. I got the chance to help out a little on Mutants in the Night as well, so I'm particularly jazzed to see it up!
